The Patient App
Your custom iOS and Android app is the digital storefront for your clinic. Zennor allows you to configure exactly how this looks and feels to your patients directly from the App Builder.
1. Branding & Theming
It's critical that your app matches your clinic's premium aesthetic.
- App Icon & Splash Screen: Update your logo and the initial loading screen image in the
App Informationtab. - Color Palette: Set your Primary and Secondary brand colors. These will automatically apply to buttons, headers, and highlights throughout the app.
- Typography: Choose a font style that aligns with your brand guidelines (e.g., Modern Sans-Serif, Classic Serif).
Changes made to your branding colors and text are instantly reflected in the app. However, changes to the App Icon or Splash Screen require a new app store bundle to be submitted by the Zennor release team.
2. Dynamic Home Screen Configuration
You control what patients see the moment they open the app. The home screen is built using dynamic widgets that you can toggle on or off in the Admin Panel.
Available Widgets:
- Hero Banner/Flash Sale: Pin a high-impact promotional graphic to the top of the feed.
- My Memberships: Shows the patient their current active perks and available treatments.
- Rewards Wallet: Displays their current point balance and a progress bar to their next tier.
- Featured Treatments: A horizontal scrolling list of specific treatments you have tagged as "Featured".
- Upcoming Appointments: Reminds the patient of their next scheduled visit.
Constantly rotate your Hero Banner. If you launch a new Laser Hair Removal machine, that should be your Hero Banner for the first 30 days to drive immediate bookings.
3. The Digital Storefront (E-Commerce)
The patient app serves as a 24/7 digital clinic.
Patients can browse your comprehensive list of Treatments, view high-quality images, read descriptions, and learn about the benefits before they even step foot in the clinic. They can add treatments or packages to their cart and securely checkout using PayU or their accumulated Loyalty Points.
4. Push Notifications & Communication
The app gives you an unfiltered, direct line of communication to your patients' lock screens.
Navigate to the Marketing tab in the Admin Panel to send:
- Manual Broadcasts: "We have 3 cancellation slots open this afternoon for Hydrafacials! Book now."
- Targeted Segments: Send a specific offer only to patients who haven't visited in 6 months.
- Automated Triggers: Birthday wishes and membership renewal reminders.
All notifications deep-link directly into the relevant section of your Patient App, reducing friction and increasing conversion rates.
