Managing Treatments

Your treatment menu is your clinic's storefront in the app. Manage it in App Builder > Products.

1. The basics

  • Name: clear and recognisable, e.g. "Signature HydraFacial".
  • Description: lead with what the patient gets (glowing skin, no downtime) rather than the clinical procedure. You can also add Expected Results and Downtime.
  • Category: put each treatment in a shop category, such as Injectables or Laser, so patients can find it. Manage categories under Categories in the Products tab.
  • Featured Image: upload a clean, well-lit photo. It's the first thing patients see.

2. Pricing

  • Standard Protocol Price: one flat price for the treatment.

  • Variations: use these when the price depends on something, for example:

    • areas treated (Botox: 1 Area / 2 Areas / 3 Areas)
    • intensity (Standard Peel vs Deep Peel)

Patients pick the variation before adding the treatment to their cart.

  • Request Price: for treatments you price after a consultation. The price is hidden, and patients are prompted to message your clinic on WhatsApp for a quote.

  • In Bundles: sell a course of sessions (e.g. 6 laser sessions) at a Bundle price.

Upsell add-ons

Add complementary services as Upsell Add-Ons so patients see natural extras, such as an LED mask with a facial.

3. Tags and visibility

  • Search Tags are keywords that help patients find the treatment.
  • Ideal For tags are shown under Ideal for on the treatment page.
  • Visibility in app controls whether patients can see the treatment. Use Scheduled Launch to publish it at a set time.

4. Booking and providers

  • Authorized Providers limits which practitioners can perform the treatment.
  • Booking message and WhatsApp Message Template set the ready-written message patients send your clinic about the treatment.

5. Points

Patients earn points on what they spend, set by the Spend & Earn rule in App Builder > Loyalty & Rewards. It applies to all treatments; there's no separate points value per treatment. See Points & Rewards.
